B2Bonza is a European B2B marketplace connecting independent brands with verified local retailers across the EU. B2Bonza provides shared infrastructure for payments, invoicing, and logistics, enabling brands and retailers to trade directly while reducing operational complexity.
Who is B2Bonza for?
The platform is built for small and medium-sized European brands and professional retailers looking for efficient wholesale collaboration. B2Bonza supports both new wholesale relationships and existing brand–retailer partnerships. B2Bonza does not act as a distributor or reseller and does not take ownership of products.
Is B2Bonza focused only on the EU?
At the moment, yes. B2Bonza operates exclusively within the European Union to simplify logistics, taxation, and compliance.
How is B2Bonza different from traditional wholesale platforms?
B2Bonza combines marketplace technology with services such as invoicing, logistics support, BNPL, and AI-powered product discovery.
Does B2Bonza handle invoicing and VAT?
Yes. B2Bonza generates invoices on behalf of brands, ensuring EU-compliant VAT handling. Invoices are issued in the name of the brand and generated automatically where available.
Is B2Bonza a marketplace or an agent?
B2Bonza is a technology-driven marketplace facilitating direct B2B transactions between brands and retailers. B2Bonza is not a seller, buyer, distributor, or carrier.
Is the platform secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via secure payment providers with buyer and seller protection.
Brands – FAQ for Independent Brands
Who can sell on B2Bonza?
Independent European brands with original products and valid business registration.
How much commission does B2Bonza charge?
The first 50 pre-registered brands pay 0% commission until the end of 2026. Only payment processing fees apply. After the promotional period, marketplace commission applies according to the standard pricing model.
What fees do brands pay?
Brands pay a payment processing fee of 3% + €0.50 per order — no additional hidden fees. Brands remain responsible for actual shipping costs incurred when delivering products to retailers.
However, brands may benefit from marketplace-negotiated carrier rates and marketplace shipping contributions, which can significantly reduce shipping costs compared to standard carrier price lists, in some cases by up to 90%.
Do brands need to manage invoices themselves?
No. B2Bonza generates invoices automatically on behalf of brands.
How does B2Bonza help brands find new retailers?
The platform actively connects brands with verified EU retailers through search, recommendations, and marketing tools.
Can brands invite their existing retailers?
Yes. Using the Vendor Invitation Engine, brands can invite their current retail partners. Orders created by invited retailers are commission-free, while still benefiting from automated payments, invoicing, and logistics support.
Do brands get their own storefront?
Yes. Each brand receives a dedicated microstore with products, brand story, and wholesale terms.
Does B2Bonza support marketing for brands?
Yes. B2Bonza promotes brands through internal campaigns, featured listings, and marketplace marketing.
Can brands sell internationally within the EU?
Yes. B2Bonza simplifies cross-border EU wholesale by handling payments, invoicing, and logistics support. Brands may access discounted shipping rates through the B2Bonza marketplace shipping account.
Retailers – FAQ for Buyers
Who can buy on B2Bonza?
Verified EU retailers, concept stores, boutiques, and professional buyers.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is €100 per brand.
How does shipping work?
A flat shipping fee of €15 per brand applies across the EU. Shipping is free for orders over €300 per brand.
Shipping is arranged and fulfilled by the brand using third-party carriers. B2Bonza is not a carrier and does not provide transport services.
Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?
BNPL is coming soon. Retailers will have access to BNPL with up to 60 days of payment terms.
Are prices wholesale?
Yes. All prices on B2Bonza are wholesale prices set by brands.
Can retailers order from multiple brands at once?
Yes. Retailers can place multi-brand orders in a single checkout.
Is there protection for retailers?
Yes. Payments are held securely until orders are confirmed and shipped. In case of issues, claims related to products or delivery are handled directly with the brand.
Can retailers also sell on B2Bonza?
Retailers who also operate as brands can apply for a brand account.
What is BonzaGo?
BonzaGo (coming soon) is a reward program that allows B2B buyers to sell on the B2C platform eBonza with a 50% commission discount for 45 days.
The BonzaGo period is activated and renewed with each qualifying B2B total order of at least €400, excluding VAT and shipping fees.
